Sperss

Dark cherry fruit with cassis and wild plums, rounded out by floral aromas leaning more toward red roses than violets or blue flowers. On the palate, it’s a remarkable wine, with plenty of compact, dense tannins coated in sweet glaze—layered and concentrated, with a long build-up. Plum and licorice on the finish, with a delicate, mineral iron streak reminiscent of the Sperss style.
