Developed in collaboration with bartender and mixology consultant Marco Fara, this drink list is first and foremost a source of inspiration. Not a set of strict rules, but ideas to build upon, experiment with and adapt—designed to surprise guests with authentic Italian flavours.
These cocktails came to life in different places and at different moments: around tables, behind bar counters and through endless conversations. Above all, they were created to encourage playfulness, sharing and enjoyment.
