DoDa

75cl -Niepoort

€ 49,50 /fles

DoDa 2013

DODA 2013 is a unique expression born from a 17-year project that marries the elegance, freshness, and longevity of Dão wines with the structure and power of Douro wines. This wine is a symbiosis between two regions: the Dão component, vinified in lagares and finished in French oak barriques, and the Douro component, partly fermented in stainless steel tanks and partly in a traditional granite lagar with foot-treading. After 21 months of aging in barriques, the wine emerges unfined with a closed ruby color accented by a brick rim.

It offers a forest-driven aroma with menthol and balsamic spicy notes, while on the palate, a balanced blend of refined herbaceous tones—reminiscent of dried green tea—and subtle tertiary wood nuances confer robust structure and a long, light finish.

This versatile wine pairs beautifully with dishes such as duck rice, game, and stews. Decant before serving for optimal enjoyment.

Dromos

75cl -Poggio Verrano

€ 41,75 /fles

Dromos 2012

An iconic Super Tuscan from the Maremma, crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Alicante, Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc. In the glass, a rich palette of black fruit, roasted cedar, tobacco and a subtle saline freshness that hints at the cool sea breeze unfolds. The tannins are robust yet refined, and the long, elegant finish epitomizes Tuscan grandeur.

Raised in French oak barrels with love and precision by Francesco Bolla (grandson of the Amarone pioneer) and oenologist Carlo Ferrini, Dromos literally provides the “route” to Etruscan elegance.

Côtes du Rhône Villages 2010

Château de la Gardine Côtes du Rhône is a powerful ode to the Southern Rhône: a blend of 55% Grenache and 45% Syrah from the legendary terroirs around Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

In the glass, deep notes of ripe plums, black cherries and wild herbs awaken, supported by subtle hints of bay leaf and garrigue. The round, silky tannins and elegant, fruit-driven finish reflect the centuries-old craftsmanship of the Brunel family.

Vinho de Talha Moreto

75cl -Heredade do Esporão

€ 32,50 /fles

Vinho de Talha Moreto 2018

Herdade do Esporão’s Vinho de Talha Moreto is an authentic red wine from Alentejo made exclusively from the native Moreto grape and traditionally aged in pine pitch–lined clay amphorae (talhas). The grapes are partially destemmed and ferment with indigenous yeasts before undergoing malolactic fermentation and extended lees aging in the talhas, yielding a bright ruby color and an aromatic profile of ripe red berries, forest floor and gentle spice. On the palate it is firm, elegant and intense, with velvety tannins and a balanced structure that deepens in complexity over time in bottle.
